How do I add cash to my card?

You can choose from 3 ways:

  1. Reload @ the Register.11 You can add cash ($20-$500) on your Wisely® card17 at almost every major retailer near you using Reload @ the Register™ for a flat fee of $4.95 (subject to card and balance limits), in addition to the amount you wish to load onto your Wisely® card.17 CVS, Dollar General, Rite-Aid, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Walmart, and many more. Over 70,000 locations nationwide! Just hand your cash to the cashier. They will swipe your card and the money will automatically load onto your card.19
  2. MoneyPak.20 Add $20-$500 in cash to your Wisely card17 at over 70,000 retail locations nationwide (including CVS, Dollar General, Rite-Aid, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, and Walmart) using MoneyPak®20 for a flat rate of $5.95 (subject to card and balance limits), in addition to the amount you wish to load onto your Wisely card. You should confirm your access to this feature before attempting to load cash to your card. Learn more about how to reload your card with cash at moneypak.com.
  3. Western Union: Visit any Western Union location in the U.S. to add cash to your card (third-party load fees may apply).8 Log into your cardholder account at myWisely.com for more information.

Can I transfer funds to my bank account or another card?

  1. Register or log into the free myWisely® app7 or mywisely.com.
  2. Tap or click the transfer arrows in the upper right corner and select Transfer Money.
  3. Enter your routing number and account number of the receiving bank or card to complete the transfer.

Please note: it may take 3 business days to enroll and validate an account at another financial institution. And once an account is validated, it may take up to 3 business days to complete each transfer.

* For Wisely Direct customers, no upgrade is required.

How do I load a check with my mobile device?

Load a check with Ingo® Money21 by snapping a photo and following the prompts in our myWisely® mobile app.7 Approval times vary depending on the type of check and approval from Ingo® Money.21 You must be 18 or older to use Ingo Money.

Can I add money from other sources?13

The primary cardholder can direct deposit2 income from second jobs, a tax refund or other government benefits onto your Wisely by ADP® card.

Enter your account and routing numbers into the applicable direct deposit2 form or hand it to the HR person responsible for your pay.

To retrieve these numbers, register or log into the myWisely mobile app7 or at myWisely.com and visit your account settings, then tap or click “Account Numbers”.

If you have a Wisely Pay card (see back of your card) this feature will require an upgrade.17 For more information on upgrades, click here.

How do I get paid up to 2 days early14 at no extra charge18 with direct deposit?2

First, see the back of your card to determine card type:

Wisely Pay Customers

First make sure that:

  • Your card is activated
  • You have set up Direct Deposit2
  • Your card is upgraded.17 If you do not have an upgraded card, Upgrade NOW!17
  • Download the free myWisely app7

Opt-in by logging into your Wisely account at mywisely.com or within the myWisely app7 and go to your account settings > direct deposit > slide the button on to agree to the disclosures and to enable early direct deposit.14

Wisely Direct Customers

First, make sure that:

  • Your Personalized Card is activated
  • You have set up Direct Deposit2
  • You have downloaded the myWisely app7

Opt-in by logging into your Wisely account at mywisely.com or within the myWisely app7 and go to your account settings > direct deposit2 > slide the button on to agree to the disclosures and to enable early direct deposit.14
