How do I know if I need to verify my ID?

To see if you need to verify your ID:

  1. Log into the myWisely® app or mywisely.com.
  2. Locate Verify ID on the main page.

If you do not see the Verify ID option, you may already have verified your ID but haven’t opted in to unlock additional features.

  1. Log into the myWisely® app or mywisely.com.
  2. Opt in to the features you’d like to use.

If you think you have a card that needs ID verification, verify your ID now.

Note: Some features may not be available for all members.
