How do I reload funds onto my card?

Your reloadable debit card can be refilled using several convenient methods:

Cash deposits – Add cash at participating retailers. Reload fees may apply at some locations. For detailed instructions and to find participating locations, visit the myWisely^® app or mywisely.com.
Direct deposit – Securely deposit earnings from a secondary job, tax refund, or other benefits directly onto your card.
Mobile check deposit – Deposit checks using the myWisely^® app by snapping a photo of the check.
Bank transfers – Transfer funds from your bank account to your Wisely card.
Peer-to-peer transfers – Receive funds from other Wisely members directly to your Wisely card. Note, both parties must opt into peer transfer in the myWisely^® app or on mywisely.com

Early availability of funds requires payor's support of direct deposit and is subject to the timing of payor’s payment instruction. 4 days faster funding claim is limited to federal government benefit funds. Peer Transfer transactions between enrolled users through Peer Transfer are final and cannot be reversed. A peer transfer recipient must be a primary card member who is actively enrolled in Wisely Peer Transfer before being sent a peer transfer. They cannot receive a peer transfer if they have not opted in. Peer transactions are typically processed within seconds but could take longer due to network timing, receiving bank processes, or other factors. Terms and limits apply.
