Why should I receive fraud alerts?

There are many benefits of opting into fraud alerts!

Alerts let you quickly verify transactions, helping to protect your account. You’ll receive a text notification if we detect suspicious activity.
If you made a transaction, reply “Yes” and you can try the transaction again. Don’t recognize the transaction? Reply “No” and we’ll promptly lock your card to protect your account.

If you previously opted out of alerts, you need to opt in to receive fraud alerts. Be sure to verify the phone number we have for you on your record is a valid mobile number that can receive text messages.
